What fifteen years actually buys you
Experience in this work is not a wall of certificates. It is having seen the same file fail before, and knowing why.
Across fifteen years and thirty-seven destinations, the patterns repeat: funds that appeared in an account three weeks before submission with no explanation of where they came from. A study gap nobody thought to account for. A sponsor whose income does not match the story. A previous refusal left off the form because someone said it would be fine.
Every one of those is survivable if it is dealt with before submission. Every one is close to fatal if the officer finds it first. That is the whole job, and it is why we look at your file before you pay us anything.
What makes us different in Sector 17
We tell you no. If we do not believe a file will fly, we say so at the free check rather than take a fee and let the refusal deliver the news. A refusal on your record makes the next attempt harder, so a bad application is worse than no application.
We work the whole map, not one corridor. Most offices on this street are a Canada shop or an Australia shop. We file across the Schengen area, the Five Eyes countries, the Gulf, Singapore and South Africa — which means our advice about where you should go is not shaped by the only place we know how to file.
Refusal recovery is a speciality, not an afterthought. A large share of the work that walks through our door has been refused somewhere else first. We read the officer’s notes, find what actually failed, and rebuild.
Everything is in writing. A signed retainer sets out what we do, what it costs, and what it does not cover, before any work starts.
How we work with you
Everything is written down before you pay. A signed retainer sets out the service, the fee, what is included and what is not. If a charge is not in that document, you do not owe it.
Payments are staged against the work rather than taken in one lump at the start, and every payment gets a receipt.
Your documents stay yours. Originals remain with you wherever possible; where one genuinely has to be submitted, you get written acknowledgement of what we hold and when it returns.
One named person handles your file — someone you can call, message, or walk in and sit down with. You will not be handed between people who have not read your case.
What we do not do
We are not a recruiting agent. We do not arrange overseas employment, job placement, offer letters or work permits. Recruitment for employment abroad is regulated in India under the Emigration Act, 1983 and requires registration with the Protector General of Emigrants. We hold no such registration and we do not offer those services — if that is what you need, we will tell you plainly and point you elsewhere.
We also do not guarantee outcomes. No consultant can. The decision belongs to a visa officer, and anyone promising you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
