Terms of Use

Mannz Immigration · Sector 17-C, Chandigarh

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Acceptance

Access to mannzimmigration.com, the submission of an enquiry through this website or through any advertisement placed by the firm, and the engagement of the firm’s services, each constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use. A person who does not accept these Terms should not use this website.

2. The firm’s services

Mannz Immigration provides immigration and visa consultancy: assessment of eligibility, advice on available options, preparation and compilation of documentation, and submission of applications on instructions. The firm’s engagement in any particular matter is governed by the written retainer agreement executed between the firm and the client, the terms of which prevail over these Terms of Use in the event of inconsistency.

3. No guarantee of outcome

A visa, permit, admission or immigration status is granted at the sole discretion of the authority deciding the application. The firm does not control that decision, cannot influence it, and does not guarantee it. Nothing on this website, in any advertisement, in any communication with the firm’s personnel, or in any document prepared by the firm constitutes a promise, assurance or warranty that any application will succeed.

Any statement as to processing times, approval trends or likelihood of success is an estimate based on published information and the firm’s experience, and is not a commitment. The firm accepts no liability in respect of any such estimate.

4. Client obligations

  • Information and documents furnished to the firm must be true, complete and genuine.
  • Every previous application, refusal, overstay, removal or adverse immigration event, in any country, must be disclosed to the firm. Concealment is among the most frequent causes of refusal and of adverse findings of misrepresentation, and the firm accepts no liability for any consequence of non-disclosure.
  • Any change in circumstances while an application is pending must be communicated to the firm without delay.
  • Documents must be read before they are signed.

5. Conduct the firm will not assist with

The firm will not prepare, submit or lend its name to any application containing forged, altered or fabricated documents, false employment or education records, fictitious financial standing, or any other misrepresentation. The firm will withdraw from any matter in which such conduct comes to light, may be obliged to inform the relevant authority, and fees paid to that point are not refundable.

6. Fees and third-party costs

The firm’s professional fees, what they comprise, and the terms on which they are payable or refundable are set out in the retainer agreement. Government fees, visa application centre charges, language testing fees, medical examination costs, courier charges and other third-party costs are separate from the firm’s professional fees, are payable by the client, are fixed by third parties and may change without notice, and are not refundable by the firm in any circumstances.

7. Intellectual property

The contents of this website, including text, layout, graphics, the Mannz name and the Mannz emblem, are owned by the firm or used under licence. No part may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the firm’s prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to government portals, institutions and other third-party websites. The firm does not control them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of personal data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the firm arising out of or in connection with its services, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, is limited to the professional fees actually received by the firm in respect of the matter concerned.

The firm is not liable for the decision of any immigration or other authority; for any change in law, rule, policy or processing practice; for delay on the part of any authority, institution or third-party service provider; for any act or omission of a third party; or for indirect, incidental or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of opportunity, employment, admission, profit or anticipated savings.

10. Indemnity

The client shall indemnify and hold the firm harmless against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, cost or expense arising out of any information or document furnished by the client which is false, misleading, incomplete, forged or fabricated, or out of any breach by the client of these Terms or of the retainer agreement.

11. Force majeure

The firm is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, suspension of consular or visa services, changes in immigration policy, failure of telecommunications or internet services, or action of any governmental authority.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force. No failure or delay by the firm in exercising any right operates as a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the retainer agreement and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement in respect of their subject matter. The firm may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an amended version on this website. Rights under these Terms are not assignable by the client without the firm’s written consent. Nothing in these Terms confers any benefit on a third party.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right a consumer may have to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other statutory remedy which cannot be excluded by agreement.
