Study visa

The course is the easy part. The file is what decides it.

Study permits and student visas for Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the Schengen area — built to answer the questions an officer will actually ask.

What an officer is really deciding

A study visa officer is answering three questions, in this order. Is this person a genuine student? Can they pay for this without working illegally? Will they leave when the course ends?

Almost every refusal we see comes down to one of those three going unanswered. Not a bad applicant — an unanswered question. The work is making sure the file answers all three before anyone reads it.

Where study files come apart

Funds that appeared too recently

A large credit that landed three weeks before submission, with no explanation of where it came from, invites exactly the suspicion you do not want. Every significant deposit needs a paper trail — a sale deed, a loan sanction letter, salary records, a gift affidavit. The amount matters; the provenance matters more.

A course that does not follow from your past

A commerce graduate suddenly applying for a hospitality diploma needs a reason, in writing, that a stranger will find believable. Progression is the easiest story to tell; a change of direction has to be argued.

An unexplained gap

Time between your last qualification and this application is normal. Time you cannot account for is not. Employment records, a business, family circumstances — anything documented closes it.

A sponsor who does not hold up

If someone else is funding you, the file is judged on them as much as on you: their income, their relationship to you, and a coherent reason why they are paying.

An undisclosed refusal

Every form asks. Leaving one off is treated as misrepresentation, which carries consequences far beyond the current application. Always disclose, and answer it directly.

What we do

Course and institution strategy, admission, the funds trail and its documentation, the statement of purpose, and the application itself — from diplomas through to postgraduate. Where the route leads to post-study work rights, such as Canada’s PGWP, we explain how that works and what maintains eligibility.

We do not arrange jobs, offer letters or work permits, and we do not guarantee outcomes.

Before you pay anyone

Bring your documents and we will tell you where you stand.

Fifteen minutes, no cost. If we do not think the file is ready, we will say so — a refusal on your record makes the next attempt harder, so a rushed application is worse than no application.
